Peter Barker is a commercial barrister. Peter is a part time Deputy Registrar of Companies. He deals solely with the director prohibition provisions in the Companies Act in relation to candidates referred to him. He is also a lay member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Peter was previously a partner at Bell Gully advising in a range of commercial matters including insolvency, banking law and directors’ duties.
