We are pleased to celebrate the promotion of Christopher Griggs to acting Captain in the Royal New Zealand Naval Reserve this week, on his appointment as Acting Director of Military Prosecutions in relation to any matters arising out of the Navy’s disciplinary investigation into the loss of HMNZS Manawanui. This is an independent statutory appointment under the Armed Forces Discipline Act 1971.
